Students should perform exercises at each station for 15 seconds and rest for 10 seconds.
After completing one round, students should rest for 5 minutes.
Students should then complete two rounds of core exercises to complete their daily workout routine.
DAILY GRADING:
Students will receive a maximum grade of 20 for each day of the grading period.
Any student not satisfying the daily requirements by non-participation, lack of overall effort and execution of the exercises, or any other disciplinary reason, will be given a grade of less than 20 for their daily grade.
GRADING:
At the beginning of the school year, students were pre-tested on each exercise.
Students will be tested on their overall performance on each exercise.
The students' daily grades and their test grades will be averaged for the semester grade.
Students will participate in this exercise program for the entire school year.
They will also be exposed to different physical activities and sports to augment their overall fitness and physical education for this school year.
